[V4] Stardust


Stardust (also known as Xingchen (星尘) in Chinese) is a new Chinese voice for VOCALOID4. Includes a single Chinese female voice:

◘ Technical details: 

•     It does not support FAT32 partitions. It needs to be installed on an NTFS partition. 

•     Includes Growl (GWL).
