MEIKOV3 is the update of the MEIKO voice bank, Crypton Future Media's first VOCALOID, and the first Japanese voice for Vocaloid.

It has four voices, two Japanese and two English: Megurine Luka JAPANESE DB HARD + EVEC * Megurine Luka JAPANESE DB SOFT + EVEC * Megurine Luka ENGLISH DB STRAIGHT Megurine Luka ENGLISH DB SOFT * Includes a normal voice and a voice with EVEC In addition, two voices have a new feature called EVEC .
